Our design department with highly qualified specialists creates in the shortest possible time a production development and preparation project, including the design of hoses, selection and creation of rubber compounds that fully comply with the customer’s technical requirements and standards for the production of the desired product.
DARWIN PLUS SG series hoses based on silicone rubber are produced in accordance with Technical Conditions SGH X’Sil 1801 (inner technical norms of the ShreeGee manufacturing plant for the production of silicone rubber hoses), as well as technical specifications and design documentation agreed with the customer.
Application:
The hoses are designed for the OE of trucks, buses and agricultural machinery. The hoses are used in the radiator system, intercooler (CAC), cooling and heating system, gas exhaust system, and in combustion gas neutralizer system.

Blue compound - for a temperature range from -50 to 130 °C
Red compound - for a temperature range from -50 to 200 °C
Orange compound - for a temperature range from -50 to 250 °C; for a temperature range from -60 to 300 °C
Black oil-resistant compound combo - for a temperature range from -50 to 130 °C
