DPSIH STRAIGHT SILICONE DAMPER HOSES
DARWIN PLUS DPSIH - hump silicone hoses (also known as “Hump hose”) are used in air intake systems to compensate for vibration and displacement between connecting systems thereby ensuring long-term accident-free operation. Suitable for cooling and heating systems in vehicles (water, coolant, clean air or air with a small amount of oil vapor).
The design allows these hoses to have some axial expansion. They are used in the turbo charging lines.
Application:
For trucks, buses, tractors, and combines.
Specification:
- Working medium: coolant, hot air, air with oil vapors;
- Wall thickness 4-6 mm; depending on the inner diameter;
- of reinforcement layers 3-4;
- Working pressure: 3 (Max. burst 7atm.) , suitable for vacuum pressure as well;
- t working from- 50 °C to +250 °C;
- Blue: from minus 50 to plus 130 °C;
- Red: from minus 50 to plus 200 °C;
- Orange: from minus 50 to plus 250 °C;
- Color blue, red or orange (depends on the working temperature);
- Length L up to 200
